If your country requires a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC for South Korea), CPF (Brazil), tax ID, or other customs identification number, please include the required information in your order notes.

*Due to new customs regulations, orders shipped to the USA are subject to additional customs fees beforehand, hence the higher shipping price.

How Will Your Order Be Shipped?

All international orders will be shipped via Taiwan Post's International ePacket service, which includes online tracking.

If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order.

When Will Your Order Arrive?

All products currently listed on this website are available for pre-order. Orders will not be shipped before the estimated shipping date specified in each product's description.

The following are estimated delivery times after dispatch based on Taiwan Post's guidelines. Actual delivery times may vary. (We all know how international shipping can be a pain)

Asia: 5–12 business days
North America: 7–10 business days
Central & South America: 10–40 business days
Europe: 7–20 business days
Oceania: 7–30 business days

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

For individual orders, the shipping fee shown at checkout will generally apply.

If you're ordering with friends or know others in your region who are interested, we encourage you to consider placing a group order and arranging consolidated shipping together.

If you're planning a large order or would like to arrange consolidated shipping, just contact us directly so we can work out the shipping cost.
